Flagship initiatives

Four places to start

There is no single way to contribute. Each initiative turns the Personal AI freedoms into practice: real value now, shared learnings, and an ecosystem that grows beyond any one organization.

Universities and research institutes

Personal AI Research Network

A collaborative research environment where institutions study Personal AI with real users, generating publications, datasets and new understanding of long-term human–AI relationships.

How to join: Propose a study, co-author with the network, or run an evaluation on the reference platform.

Communities, civic groups and public institutions

Personal AI Community Labs

Local labs where communities explore what Personal AI should do for them, surfacing needs and safeguards that product teams rarely see on their own.

How to join: Host a lab in your region, or contribute facilitation, language and cultural expertise.

Banks, telecoms, healthcare, insurance, media, education, travel

Trusted Personal AI Pilots

Co-created pilots where organizations explore new consumer experiences on a trusted Personal AI foundation, validating real-world use cases and generating shared learnings.

How to join: Scope a pilot with your existing users, on infrastructure and jurisdiction you choose.

Standards bodies, digital rights and identity organizations

Open Personal AI Alliance

A working group turning the freedoms into shared standards and frameworks: identity, privacy, data portability, interoperability and responsible AI.

How to join: Take a seat in a working group and help publish the common ground the ecosystem stands on.

There is no long procurement process. The first step is a conversation.
